Once I have finished with the MVR check, what is next?

The vehicle request form is on the Mercyhurst Portal and at support.mercyhurst.edu. You must complete a ticket in order for your request to be considered. You will receive a confirmation email stating which vehicle you are assigned, with any follow-up questions the fleet manager may have and/or if for some reason your request is denied. Your confirmation email will detail how and where to pick up and drop off the keys and any other pertinent information for your trip.
